Yes. If additional work or parts are required, we'll contact you first, explain what's needed and provide the cost before carrying out the work. We won't simply add unexpected repairs without discussing them with you.

Repair costs are based on the labour time involved plus the parts and materials required. Once we've assessed the vehicle and know what's needed, we can provide a quote or estimated cost and discuss it with you before the work goes ahead.

Yes. We provide computer diagnostics and fault finding for engine, ABS and other vehicle systems.

We accept cash and card payments. Payment is due when the work is completed and the vehicle is ready for collection.
